A note to parentsDear parents ,
The work given is a list of suggested activities that can be completed at home. I’ve tried my best not to use too many online activities as I’m aware that some of you have multiple age groups at home and have limited devices. The children are very familiar with the activities uses and should be able to complete most independently once they are given instructions. I just want to remind you that we are self isolating to stay well, that means mentally well too! If trying to get your child to focus on these tasks at home while juggling your other responsibilities is causing too much stress then don’t. Children learn in all sorts of ways, just because they aren’t completing the list above doesn't mean they are not learning. On the other hand, if trying to entertain a bored, restless child is what's causing you stress or pressure then by all means set them to work! Do whatever works best for you and your family ! Don’t hesitate to contact me at firstclassscoiliosa@gmail.com if you have any questions about the work that’s been set. Wishing you good health now and always, Emma Donohue.

There is a free website called duolingo I think the children would love for 5-10 mins each day. Don’t forget if your children need time to be calm or to relax you can use cosmic yoga for kids and go noodle. The children are familiar with sensory exercises so ask them to show you their chair exercises.
